Operation process:

After thawing the fish balls, cook them in 100 ℃ boiling water and remove them for standby.

Beat the eggs and stir well. Add wheat flour to corn starch and stir well.

Wrap the cooked fish balls with wheat flour, then add the egg liquid and stir well. Finally, wrap them with Mida's yellow breadcrumbs and put them on the plate for standby.

Put the fish balls wrapped with breadcrumbs into 150 ℃ oil, fry until golden and crisp, and then out of the pot.

Serve as decoration and dip it with Mida's Thai sweet and spicy sauce.
